LOTR:TTA is the story of Berethor, a Gondorian who helps Gandalf slay the Balrog,
slaughters the Nazgul, and is (almost) single-handedly responsible for poking
out the great eye of Sauron. Berethor? What, you’ve never heard of him? Well,
that is not surprising, since EA Games contrived him and his merry band (Fellowship
wannabees) without bothering to consult sources such as Tolkein’s books…
or the movies.

Remember the good old days when hackers simply wanted fame or fortune? Or even
hacked simply for kicks? Unfortunately viruses and hacking have taken a turn
for the worse - much worse - in the .hack saga.

.hack//MUTATION is the second game in the of .hack saga, a direct continuation
of the events portrayed in .hack//INFECTION and a building block for the future
segments. Also included with the game is the second disc of .hack//Liminality,
a short anime OVA that parallels the game events of Mutation by depicting a
separate real-life saga in the same timeframe.

Today I decided to change some of the formatting on my review section. Though I doubt anyone will notice, I do feel the need to explain why I have removed the numerical scoring system.

Wow. Holeee crap. This just look amazing.
Granted, it’s not The Hobbit, but the new Peter Jackson film may actually break me out of the movie funk I’ve been in for over a year and go see something. And of all things, it’s King Kong.
