Daily updates are a bit much, so I’m prolly gonna ease off to every other day.

Yesterday was quite enjoyable; I wrote the first “turning point” in which there was all sorts of conflict and tension and… you get the point. That practically wrote itself. Then I suffered the “aww… there’s not gonna be any more of that for a while” syndrome. Well, I’m not sure it’s a real syndrome, but I did have to take a break from writing.

Spent some time today fleshing out my database - even with the whole “forward ho” movement going on, I still can’t completely break myself away from needing to flesh stuff out. I rounded out the Council of Elders, inserting a few inside jokes. Yay for inside jokes. I also dug up the map that I started months ago and printed it out, cause I gots characters that be amovin places, and I gots to know where they be movin to.

In other fun news, I jotted down half an outline. Yep, I write 9000 words, then make an outline. It’s much more fun that way.

And I’m behind. Still. Oh well, maybe I’ll write some more in a bit. Or maybe I’ll plot to take over the world.

Tough call.
